What to expect on your first C Spire Health app visit

Through the C Spire Health app, you can get quick, convenient, minor medical care from a University of Mississippi Medical Center provider anywhere in Mississippi.

In this video, UMMC nurse practitioner Kristi Goodson discusses how to prepare for your first telehealth visit using C Spire Health and what to expect during your video chat appointment.

To get started:

Download the app from the Apple or Google Play app store
Create a profile on the C Spire Health app
Choose a provider and set an appointment

Before your appointment:

Gather a list of current medications you are taking
Note any medication allergies you have
Make sure you have good lighting and a strong internet connection

Most visits take around 15 minutes, start to finish.
