Meet Michael!

You'll rarely walk away from a conversation with Michael Blair without a smile on your face. The System Administrator at TekLinks' Knoxville, Tenn., office is a quiet but kind fella. In fact, you could say encouragement is kind of his thing. Just listen to him talk about his co-workers: "Each day I get to work with our awesome system admin team to help our clients succeed. Outside of the office, Michael likes doing things with his wife and 9-year-old son. "We do a lot of hiking, traveling, building robots, and models," he says.
