Each quarter the TekLinks Leadership Team recognizes a group of employees who have been nominated by their peers for demonstrating the very best in attitude, professionalism, dedication to customer service, self-motivation, and overall awesomeness. We are extremely proud of the kind of talented people we get to work with each day - and we want everyone to know about their accomplishments!

Today we're featuring one of this quarter's recipients of the TekExcellence Award: Amanda Anderson, Managed & Cloud Services Engineer.

Recently Amanda was able to help one of our valued clients and really impressed them in the process:

"Amanda Anderson assisted me with my card and biometric setup and was excellent. I came in for reasons other than access and decided to try and get this done while I was there, just to save a trip at a later date. Amanda was exceptional for many reasons:

- Her ability to accommodate an unplanned visit and setup with such great customer service skills and attitude

- She was so accommodating, following me between buildings and doing everything she could to assist me with my access issues.

- She never complained and always smiled; great customer service skills.

- She did everything right and solved my issues.
