Each quarter the TekLinks Leadership Team recognizes a group of employees who have been nominated by their peers and/or clients for demonstrating the very best in attitude, professionalism, dedication to customer service, self-motivation, and overall awesomeness. Today we're featuring another recipient of this quarter's TekExcellence Award: Donna Wages, Engineering Coordinator/Project Manager.

TekLinks Corporate Account Manager Ed Hyde nominated Donna for her uncompromising professionalism throughout a particularly complex project with Birmingham City Schools:

"Donna has worked tirelessly on the Birmingham City Schools project to make certain that it went as smoothly as possible. She has been indispensable throughout the entire process - she was involved 18 months prior to our getting the job and has continued working with us another 18 months since the implementation started. Since this was an E-Rate project, she has had to interact with multiple 3rd parties, with varying degrees of complexity, to keep the project moving forward. Regardless of the obstacle, Donna could and would overcome it - if anyone ever deserved this award, it is Donna. She is always the consummate professional, takes care of business, and is an outstanding teammate!! My words do not do justice to the outstanding job she has done and continues to do."

In all honesty, no one is surprised that Ed had such a glowing review of Donna - for nearly 10 years she has been helping clients and colleagues alike with kindness, humor, and a brilliant can-do attitude!
