TekLinks was recently recognized as one of the fastest-growing, privately owned companies in the U.S., weighing in at No. 4457 on the annual Inc. 5000 ranking. The Inc 5000 list ranks companies based on their three-year revenue growth, and TekLinks’ average revenue growth was 52 percent. Solution providers are ranked based on revenue, determined by product and services sales during 2014.

Birmingham-based IT solutions provider TekLinks, Inc., announced today that it has acquired Claris Networks; specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.  Established in 1998 and headquartered in Knoxville, TN, Claris Networks is a privately-owned provider of advanced IT services including cloud, managed, healthcare IT, and strategic consulting to small and mid-sized businesses in Nashville, Chattanooga, and Knoxville, TN.
