Tim Bloechl is the director of Cyber Security Business for Quantum Research International, a retired U.S. Army Intelligence officer, and a West Point graduate. Tim’s cyber security background includes serving as the director of Microsoft’s Global Public Safety and national security business and as the Senior NSA official leading international cyber security for the Dept. of Defense. He has also supported the U.S. military’s cyber defense command.
