Shopping for the Christmas holiday just got a whole lot easier for the teens, ‘tweens and adults on your “nice” list this year. There are more accessories than ever before to customize and protect mobile devices like phones, tablets, headphones and a lot more.
Check out some of the latest and greatest device accessories for this Christmas.
Apple AirPods Pro
Perhaps the most coveted stocking stuffer for six years running are Apple AirPods. The third generation AirPods Pro come with active noise cancellation for immersive sound, as well as a transparency mode so you can hear your surroundings. Plus, the fit is customizable to your ear for all-day comfort. Shop here for Apple AirPods plus models from Beats, JBL and Samsung.
AirPods cases
While you’re shopping for AirPods, don’t forget to shop for a case to protect and decorate the exterior of your charging case. Accessories for AirPods is a category unto itself—there are waterproof cases coated in rugged, molded plastic, slick leather cases, fabric beanies and more—so you can look stylish and even rep your favorite sports-ball team while charging your ‘pods. CNET details more options here.
Car chargers
Car chargers aren’t exactly at the top of anyone’s shopping list. You probably have three or four kicking around your floorboards, and they all do what they’re supposed to do. But what if they did it a whole lot faster? The New York Times tested more than 60 of these car chargers, and found one that rises above the rest: the NekTek PD 45W Type-C, which will “fast-charge phones, tablets, and laptops on its USB-C port and simultaneously charge a second phone on its USB-A port,” writes the NYT’s Nick Guy.
Electronic tags
Before there was an Apple AirTag, there was Tile. Their latest model, the Tile Mate, has a hole so the tag can fit on a keychain or a small carabiner, but the concept is the same among the various brands—tags allow you to track objects via Bluetooth, so you’ll never lose your keys, a purse or your luggage again.
Mobile device cases
When you get the latest iPhone or Android device, it’s time to protect your investment. The cell phone case game is loaded with solid options from OtterBox, Casetify and a slew of other makers. CaseBorne, formerly known as ArmadilloTek, has models that have a kickstand so you can pop it out and watch a movie or participate in a video call, while Spigen’s MagSafe cases are durable and easy to grip.
