More than two years of legal maneuvers, which have saddled Mississippi taxpayers with $21.6 million in higher costs and delayed fiber from reaching more homes and businesses, have served one purpose: To enrich AT&T at your expense.

The C Spire wireless, home fiber and business networks are seeing a surge in activity like never before. A surge in data and communication needs that our team actively prepared for from the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.

All C Spire team members are essential to the wireless, fiber internet and business communications infrastructure across Mississippi, Alabama and Tennessee. During times of crisis, these essential jobs become critically important.

Every day, our team members keep our customers at the center of what they do. As they provide essential services at a time when they are needed most, we are stepping up to support them with important additions to paid-time-off policies and pay for the month of April 2020.

Working and learning from home is an adjustment many of us are now figuring out. But distance learning presents an extra challenge for students who lack reliable high-speed internet access at home.

With public WiFi locations closed under social distancing policies, we are working to bridge the digital divide to ensure students can continue learning.
